Did you guys know that cayenne pepper (capsicum) is really great for cramps? If you are having cramps or any other type of stomach pains, try adding ¼-½ teaspoon of capsicum to 1 cup of boiling water. Drink this in small doses and it should help.

Also, if you are going outside and it is cold, sprinkle some capsicum in your shoes, or even in your socks, and this will really make a huge difference and warm your feet up!
